Throw them in the food processor and give them a spin.
You'll know it's finished when it feels and looks kind of like wet sand. For you, this usually takes about a minute (If you use the Food processor).
Pour the garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out in a thin layer.
Pop it inside the oven and bake it for 10 to 20 minutes on the lowest temperature setting, between 150 and 200 degrees F.
Check the salt every 2 minutes or so to make sure that it doesn't burn.
Finally, throw the chunks back inside your dry food processor and give it a final spin.
